Welcome! The Community Association Law Section welcomes the participation of all interested members of the legal profession. The purpose of the Section is to provide a forum for the exchange of information and ideas in the community association field through high quality CLE events, social and professional interaction and networking opportunities, ongoing monitoring of legal and political issues relevant to the community association field, and other services as may be beneficial to the Section members, the legal profession and the public.

Any member of the Utah State Bar in good standing may enroll as a member of the Community Association Law Section upon payment of dues in the amount specified by the Board of Commissioners of the Utah State Bar.
