While attending law school Kimball had experience in a wide variety of areas. He spent his first summer during law school as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert Faust of the Third District Court of Utah. During his second and third years in law school Kimball was a law clerk for the Utah Attorney General's Office in the Commercial Enforcement Division. Kimball spent his third year of law school working as an intern for the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office where he prosecuted misdemeanor cases and participated as co-counsel in jury trials.
Kimball double majored in political science and public relations at Southern Utah University, and was on the debate teams at both SUU and Dixie State. Before law school, he worked as a graphic designer and web programmer. He loves Southern Utah, and enjoys movies, including classic black and white films, eating barbeque, fishing, snowboarding, and just being outdoors.
