Tyler is a Partner and founding member of Miller Harrison. Tyler handles Land Use and Real Estate Development Matters, HOA Matters, FHA certifications, Governing Document Drafting and Amendments, Rule Enforcement, Collections, Insurance Litigation and Insurance Coverage, Contracts, and General Litigation.
Tyler was recognized as one of Utah's Legal Elite in each year from 2017 through 2022. He has also been recognized as one of Mountain States Super Lawyers.
Tyler currently serves as the Chair of the Legislative Action Committee for Utah’s Chapter of the Community Association Institute and has also frequently presented at the Utah Chapter of the Community Association Institute.
Tyler has taught continuing legal education courses to the Utah State Bar Construction Law Section, the Seminar Group, and through the Utah Home Builders Association.
